Not enough snow for a real toboggan run, but they did have some sleds and a small hill. Didn't record the first run and wasn't gonna do a second, but my mom really wanted a video. I don't have that, but I do have the FPV of the first run. Hit 17mph, but think I went a little quicker the first time around.

In other news, no run today. Left here and went to Oktoberfest. Not my place. Got there at like 6, my parents were full tourist stopping to take a picture at every "tent"," then a long wait to ride the ferris wheel. Four failed attempts at getting into/ a seat in a tent and I was ready to just get something to eat and go home. Ended up finding a table at an outdoor section of one, and got a beer just after 8. Put it down in about 20 minutes, first, and probably last beer of the year, even if it was 2 or 3 beers worth. Felt kinda dizzy and my headache didn't get better, but passed a self administered field sobriety test after and don't think I was really any different. I was fine to drive when we got back to the car just before 10, though I did eat 2 big pretzels on the walk to the train station.

Buy yeah, got home at like 10:30 and it was dark and raining, so decided not to run. Given the rain looks like it will continue through tomorrow, likely won't run then either as I'm not supposed to land in Boston until 8pm. I'm sure I'll feel like garbage when I do finally run on Thursday afternoon, but at least I'm still hitting my 10,000 steps.
