Post-Hike Run

Nice run this morning with Steve. Knocking out some of the more annoying DW streets. Overcast with a few showers at the start, but very clear skies by the end. Luckily we ran by Pressed as at that point in the run I really needed a bathroom. Legs felt pretty good for the most part, some pain in both knees in the final few minutes, but that may have just been from the long kinda steep descent. Regardless, think I'm gonna try and keep runs to 7 or less for the time being.
