CityStrides and Segments

Not sure what's happened the past couple days, but the discus knee (left) has gone downhill. Didn't feel too bad the first couple miles, but did not feel good at all after the first (and only) segment. Got a bit turned around on the second segment and after beginning to backtrack, knee just didn't feel good so I modified a route home skipping the last two segments on the docket. 

Still gonna run up (and down) Washington on Saturday, but will keep the next two days flat and easy. Then we'll see how I feel next week. 11.5 weeks from Sydney is no time for a major issue.
