Nice run before the trail series. Phil told me to speed up when I passed him around a mile in, so I did. Felt pretty good, though definitely working a bit by the end. Foot held up, though I did make like 5 small incisions after my 30ish safety pin holes still weren't draining the blister I got on Saturday. Feeling a bit better now, and really hoping that trend continues. New age group tomorrow, hoping to heal up quick and be a contender
