Recycled workout from last week: 1.59 mi from home to group start at Vertical Runner, then on to Hudson Middle School track with 3 laps to give 1.51 mi. Ran 10x400m relay style, with my recovery being Paul's interval (ave around 1:40). More humid than last week, and legs still a little sluggish since last weeks' races. Still managed to run ave = 1:54.5, with a spread of 9.1 sec. Run as 2 x(5x400m) sets, with 1 lap walk between sets. Cool/down run back to VR then home (1.86 mi).
