Ride to and from Yudicky. Steve was meeting Colin for some mountain biking, so I rode over with him (at least on the paved portions). Said hi, then went back home. Took the e-bike this time, no need for the road bike given how fast I knew Steve would be riding. Didn't use any help, but this bike is still more comfortable. I don't have any real way to tell, but I think this bike is generally 5-6mph slower than the road bike. Realistically it's faster on the downhills given it weighs 3x more, and flats/ slight downs might be more like 4-5mph slower for similar effort, but even the slightest incline takes its toll pretty quick. 

Pool was very nice after, 82 degrees this afternoon. One long run and two bike rides puts me up over four hours of activity on the day. I've already downed 2L water, 1L electrolyte drinks, and 12oz of soda, and probably have another liter of water or so before calling it a night
