Such a fitting title for this run. First winter warriors of the season for me, and it sure was windy. Good run though with Mark and Steve. Mittens were clutch, and my hands were quite warm. Then again, based on the color of my windbreaker after we finished, my whole upper body was also quite warm. Did have a last minute wardrobe malfunction, got it fixed, but highly annoying as these are my heaviest tights, so I'm gonna need to try and fix these.

Run was good though. Wind really wasn't much more than a nuisance. Plenty warm, and legs felt better still compared to the pre-lift run two hours prior. Route was in largely good shape aside from the Lincoln Park parking lot, which is both nice, and very odd that the trails/ sidewalks were clear, but the parking lot was nearly a literal skating rink with a solid half inch layer of ice over about a third of the lot.
