This wasn't as hard as Upper Walking Boss, but this was by no means easy. I guess I'll allow Steve to keep his fastest runner in NH title for now cause I could only muster a 5:31. To be fair, it's 3pm and I've run a very hard mountain race and only consumed 360 calories prior to this run. . . all day. 

Anyway, only calling the race 3.2 miles of actual running because there was a lot of walking after that point, so needed this double to hit 65 miles on the week.
