When the bike becomes an extension of your mind, body, and soul. Feeling blessed to enjoy this. Got at least 15 miles of riding with beautiful view of the bay!! 

Found a cool skate park, saw 3 red tail hawks, ate lemon cake on a bench overlooking the bay, saw amtrack roll by, basked in the sun, fixed a rear flat, only one car with a guy and his micro penis, made it back before dark. What a journey I got to experience
