pretty cool terrain for being effectively in lima, but i just haven’t been feeling good on runs all trip. my heart rate just won’t stabilize, especially on climbs. interesting, especially compared to how good i felt hiking the salkantay. like how are you gonna tell me that i’m in my threshold heart rate zone doing an 8:58 GAP mile. buhhhhhhh
