Crazy to think there’s a possibility today might also be my child’s birth day as well. Would be kinda neat! 

Legs felt pretty good, opted for running the other way today as the beach path is still convered in ice.  Seems like til tbis snow melts (probably this Friday)  I’m going to have to keep going this way. That being said I should probably start running in my trail runners or shoes with more grip
