I took my very first personal training session @ 425 fitness today. As I walked in, my PT took my InBody… we just couldnt believe the changes as we stared at the numbers.

Here’s to my transformative year of 2025. 
I started with not being able to run a 5K, to a half marathon, then learned to bike, swim, then challenged myself to complete a Triathlon!!! and I’m still in the journey of defying limitations. 

I’m not there yet. Thanks to all the kudos from all of you out there to keep me going. Thanks for those who inspired me to try new things. Thanks for the push when I’m about to give up. It’s fortunate to have met you in races, hills, bike rides, hikes, track, pro club and run clubs.

This is a beginning.
