Legs with plyos

I’ve been slacking on weekend long runs and it’s been so warm out I wanted to take advantage of clear trails. Beautiful day other than wind coming down the gravel road at mile 11-15… tank top weather in December is simultaneously super exciting and super scary. 

Body worked better than I expected to after legs. Still sore but moveable. Pace was dictated by conditions with intermittent ice and snow and of course wind resistance that made me have to work for any sort of speed DOWNHILL 😒

Also took my Craft Nordlite 2.0 gravel shoes on off the treadmill for the first time and on some techy stuff they definitely weren’t made for but they worked ok. I probably wouldn’t do anything much more difficult than Salida MTB trails though.
