The Inaugural “I got lost running around Nahant might as well run a half” half marathon

Well, would have been a tempo, but Lil Nahant hills humbles all.  Wore the prototypes again this morning, gosh they are fast.  Started off my WU a little too quick as I almost got ran over twice by people going around stopped cars while I was in the cross walk.  Did 2 miles into a 3 mile tempo into 2ish miles of CD. Legs felt really heavy in the tempo, but I’m going to chalk that up to just general leg soreness.  Shoes still feel really really good. 
Fun fact, this run was about 20-30s faster per mile than my usual jaunt on this route, and I ended up with about 1000 less steps than usual. While I expected less steps as I was striding quicker, I wasn’t expecting this big of a difference
